He then went on to Boulder University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and then immediately sought out a path of accelera
Mr. Rahjee Hajj started his military career right out of high school by joining the Army. He had many career options being raised in an entrepreneur household but chose a military launch to his life. He then went on to Boulder University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and then immediately sought out a path of accelerated excellence by working with Condon Johnson & Associates in San Diego, as well as ARCO Murray in Denver Colorado. His experience there and a combined military and entrepreneur foundation set him on a path of creating a company that would make a difference in the lives he touched, whether those lives are his staff, sub-contractors, or clients. His approach to work ethics and transparency using cutting edge technology and methodologies in processes would be something that would set new standards in the industry. He has made it a goal to work both in and out of the field so that he would be a leader who leads with first hand understanding and compassion for each of his staff members. Having walked in their shoes he is extremely quick in coming up with solutions to issues they might face in and out of the job .
